I like it, very intersting concept...I really like the flow of the lines and how the colors are just a plain white, but a sort of ivory tone.
I've been roughing a few cobra anthro sketches myself but I couldn't quite get the hood to look right. Mine is a female though, would you care if I used the style you have for your cobra's hood?

Gorgeous cobra. ^^ I love cobras very much; they make the most intimidating lamias and anthros, in my opinion.
And I like how he's not just pure white, like a lot of albino critters running around dA.
